Trading Department Participates in the 139th Canton FairTime:2026-05-21 The first phase of the 139th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) recently concluded successfully. With the theme "Advanced Manufacturing," this session brought together 167,000 overseas buyers from 216 countries and regions worldwide. The Trading Department set up a total of 11 offline booths at this phase of the Canton Fair, featuring products ranging from power tools and accessories, water pumps, to auto parts and accessories.
01 Tool Booth | Deepening Engagement with the Belt and Road The tool booth area collected approximately 90 business cards from visitors, with buyers mainly from India and countries along the Belt and Road, aligning with the national foreign trade strategy. The booth team established instant messaging channels with most customers, laying the groundwork for long-term communication. Not only did they finalize specific order details with several regular customers on-site, but they also successfully attracted new customers to place sample orders. To date, the booth area has secured intended orders worth approximately USD 300,000.
02 Auto Parts Booth | Adapting to "Small Orders, Quick Response" The auto parts booth area established direct contact with 120 merchants. In addition to regular European and American customers, buyers widely covered countries along the Belt and Road, as well as domestic-to-foreign trade buyers from local areas like Guangdong and Yiwu, building a customer network that supports both domestic and international circulation. Responding to the current procurement trend of overseas buyers favoring "small orders, quick response," the booth flexibly adjusted its strategy and secured multiple small trial orders. Although each such order is modest in size, they effectively reduce trial costs and accumulate market data for potential large-scale repeat orders.
03 Small Machinery Booth | Targeting the "Core Markets" The small machinery booth area gathered information on over 100 valid buyers, with customer sources concentrated in South America, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia. Buyers from Argentina, Brazil, Vietnam, and Russia accounted for the highest proportion. The team focused on inviting regular customers for return visits, showcasing new products such as variable frequency pumps and RS15/9 models to address customer pain points on-site, deeply exploring repurchase potential, and further strengthening cooperation ties. Two sample orders were successfully closed on-site (with customers from Italy and Vietnam, respectively). For high-value products such as variable frequency pumps, RS15/9 models, and deep-well pumps, preliminary quotations and technical discussions have been completed with several interested major customers. Next, the team will accelerate order conversion by inviting customers to visit the factory.
The first phase of the 139th Canton Fair has concluded successfully. The booth teams have now swiftly shifted into "post-fair mode," fully organizing and following up on buyer information to push for the rapid realization of intended orders. |
