On the morning of August 29, Fan Xiaoming, Deputy General Manager of Zhejiang Holley Group's Overseas Operations, Dong Wenhua, Overseas Manager, and a delegation led by His Excellency Chen Zuoyi, a key Cambodian partner, visited Zhejiang Machinery and Electrical Group Trading Department for an exchange meeting. The meeting was attended by Yuan Mingqiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Zhejiang Machinery and Electrical Group Trading Department, Zhang Jianhua, Party Committee Member and Deputy General Manager, Zhang Xiang, Party Committee Member and Deputy General Manager, and other relevant personnel.
At the beginning of the meeting, Zhang Jianhua, provided a systematic overview of Zhejiang Machinery and Electrical Group Trading Department’s general profile and development strategy.
Yuan Mingqiang extended a warm welcome on behalf of Zhejiang Machinery and Electrical Group Trading Department to the representatives of Zhejiang Holley Group and their Cambodian partners. During the discussions, he emphasized that, in light of the new dynamics in international trade, foreign trade enterprises must accelerate their transformation and upgrading, shift away from traditional trade methods, and lawfully advance the establishment of their own overseas marketing channels. He expressed his hope that this exchange would serve as a starting point for building a deeper collaborative relationship with Holley Group and their Cambodian partners, jointly promoting the systematic exploration of the Cambodian market and creating more opportunities for high-quality development for both sides.
His Excellency Chen Zuoyi expressed gratitude for the warm reception and provided an in-depth analysis of the potential for collaboration from multiple perspectives, including historical ties, practical foundations, and cooperation models. He noted that China and Cambodia share a profound traditional friendship, strong economic complementarity, and broad prospects for cooperation. He expressed hope that both sides would further improve communication mechanisms, integrate their respective strengths and resources, and jointly explore innovative pathways for collaboration, working together to expand into emerging business areas and markets. The ultimate goal, he emphasized, is to achieve mutual benefits, shared success, and common development.
